Private Cart Owners
Please see the Pro Shop Staff to register your private golf cart. Private cart registrations will be renewed each January. You are required to provide:
- Proof of insurance coverage on your golf cart
- Serial Number
- Completed and signed Private Cart Agreement
All private carts must have the 2013 SCC sticker.
Member of the Month
Randy Atkins
Mr. Atkins is given use of the "Member of the Month" parking space for the month of June.
SCC Wine Club
Taste and puchase wines at a discount. Not available in stores!
If you are interested in participating in the new SCC Wine Club, please contact Ruth Rice at 859-2132.
Smithfields CC Smoke Free
As of Tuesday, October 17th, 2011, the Clubhouse at Smithfields Country Club will be a "Smoke Free" environment. Designated smoking areas will be on the side porches and decks. Thank you for your cooperation.

Membership Opportunity
Any member that recruits a Full Member will receive a $500 credit on their account. The New Member will receive a $500 gift card that can be used at the Pro Shop and/or Bar & Grill. Similar offer applies to other membership classifications. See Adam in the Pro Shop for more information.

Membership Initiation Fee
As of April 1, 2011, Smithfields CC Board of Directors voted to adopt the following policy changes:
Membership Initiation Fee - The initiation fee for new members will increase to $1,500 one-time payment or $500 initial payment with $100 payments for the next 12 months (which totals $1,700).
